Each utility domain has different requirements, and every operational area has its own priorities. The Asset Warehouse, the core module of the CAIGOS 360° AM product suite, is designed to manage this complexity.
It provides proven, standardised specialist data models for different utility domains, while retaining the flexibility needed to implement specific requirements with ease.
Predefined workflows are available for each utility domain and can be adapted to specific operational needs. Additional utility domains and objects can be added flexibly using the integrated configuration tool, for example to manage sensors and actuators in Internet of Things (IoT) projects or smart city initiatives.
All asset information in one place
From manufacturer information and maintenance instructions to technical drawings, all relevant documents for each asset are available to office and field teams in the central CAIGOS 360° AM Asset Warehouse, regardless of format.
Authorised users can use the file upload function to link new documents to individual assets. Existing data sources and data-holding systems, such as databases or document management systems, can be connected easily, making all asset information available centrally.
Combining standards and flexibility
CAIGOS 360° AM adapts to your requirements. Asset classes, checklists and outage forms can be created or modified with ease.
In addition to data types, properties such as mandatory fields, help texts and the structure of form attributes can be defined flexibly. The data model can also be extended at any time.
Flexible 3D and geospatial navigation
With CAIGOS 360° AM Real 3D, you can navigate your facilities in three dimensions and view all assets alongside the relevant information. Readings from installed sensors and measurement systems can also be visualised in real time. With CAIGOS 360° AM Maps, spatial relationships can be displayed on a map or in a list, depending on the use case.
Detect issues before they become outages
Connect your installed sensors and monitor asset condition in near real time in the 360° Dashboard.
Sensors can capture asset temperature profiles, for example, and trigger alerts when overheating is imminent or assets are exposed to sustained thermal stress.
