CAIGOS 360° AM Maintenance supports the efficient and safe management of maintenance information and tasks, delivering measurable efficiency gains.
All assets and asset components are managed as objects, providing the basis for structured, standards-based maintenance management. Integrated scheduling and work order planning help ensure that no tasks are missed, while completed maintenance activities are fully documented in digital form.
This creates complete asset histories that are available at all times, clearly showing the maintenance activities carried out for each object and documenting the full lifecycle of every asset. With ERP integration, tasks can be linked to the corresponding ERP work order numbers, enabling automated time posting in the ERP system.
User-friendly mobile applications make on-site work as straightforward as possible for field service teams. Tasks, checklists and linked documents are always up to date and available on tablets or smartphones. They can be completed in the field and transferred directly to the office team for documentation at the touch of a button.
Integrated maintenance templates for each utility domain help you meet applicable safety, statutory and technical requirements with confidence. Supported standards and technical codes include VDE V 0109-1 and VDE V 0109-2, DVGW G 495 (gas installation maintenance), DVGW G 498 (pressure vessels in gas transmission systems), DVGW G 651 (natural gas refuelling stations), DVGW G 465-1 (pipeline inspection), DVGW G 280-1 (odorisation), DVGW G 401 (gas distribution networks), DVGW W 392 (water networks and fittings) and DVGW W 614 (pumping systems), among others.
Depending on the object type, users can choose between different maintenance strategies: cyclical maintenance based on fixed intervals, condition-based maintenance, or priority- and risk-based maintenance. These strategies can also be combined easily.
Together with the flexible asset database of the 360° AM product suite, almost any asset within your organisation can be managed, including hydrants, joints, stations, lines, poles, production facilities and even sensors and actuators in Internet of Things (IoT) environments.
Existing systems such as ERP systems, SCADA systems and GIS platforms can also be connected, enabling an integrated, end-to-end maintenance process.
