CAIGOS 360° AM

CAIGOS 360° AM streamlines the creation of both internal analyses and standard regulatory reports for organisations subject to BNetzA, FNN and DVGW requirements. Data is automatically prepared for submission via the BNetzA XML web service, eliminating manual data entry in the outage reporting portal. Built-in validation checks ensure that only accurate and consistent data is submitted. Results can be exported directly to Microsoft Excel for further analysis and processing.

In addition to standard reporting, CAIGOS 360° AM supports the calculation of DISQUAL reliability indicators in accordance with IEEE 1366, including SAIFI, SAIDI and CAIDI.

SAIFI (System Average Interruption Frequency Index) indicates how often an average customer experiences a service interruption during a year.

CAIDI (Customer Average Interruption Duration Index) measures the average duration of service interruptions experienced by affected customers.

SAIDI (System Average Interruption Duration Index) represents the average total duration of service interruptions experienced by a customer over the course of a year. It is calculated as the product of interruption frequency and interruption duration.
