Planning application management

CAIGOS Bauantragsverwaltung (BAV) makes it quick and straightforward to capture and manage planning applications, pre-application enquiries and consent procedures. The specialist application manages and stores all related correspondence, including forms relating to municipal consent, declarations and statements issued by the local authority, and makes these documents available for printing.

Additional information relevant to each procedure, including development plans, protected areas and other specialist data from CAIGOS applications, can be displayed and used directly. Integrated document management also maintains a complete record of all correspondence relating to planning applications and their associated forms.

All planning applications are displayed as symbols on the site plan, together with configurable labels and additional information. Users can access the corresponding application details directly from the map.

CAIGOS Bauantragsverwaltung also provides a wide range of filtering and search functions. Predefined filters make it easy to identify, for example, all planning applications within a specified range of estimated construction costs. Statistical analyses of estimated construction costs and the number of applications submitted within a defined period can be generated quickly and presented as reports.

CAIGOS Bauantragsverwaltung makes municipal planning application management significantly easier and more efficient over the long term. Planning applications, pre-application enquiries and consent procedures are available centrally throughout the system to all authorised users.
