Digital cemetery management – from recording a death and issuing charge notices through to long-term documentation

The CAIGOS Friedhof specialist application enables any number of cemeteries to be managed simultaneously. Each cemetery can be assigned any number of grave sites, which contain one or more grave plots depending on the type of grave. A wide range of data can be recorded and documented for each grave plot, including the burial type, date of burial, funeral director, stonemason and gardener.

Personal records for the deceased also include the date and time of burial, the period of use, the end of the resting period, and the persons entitled to use the grave and/or liable for payment.

Once the death has been recorded, the interment permit, charge notice and all other forms that may also be required at a later stage can be generated, such as maintenance notices for insufficient grave care or defect notices following stability inspections. Charges are calculated automatically based on the various key details of the grave plot, including the type of grave, backfilling, initial preparation and enclosure.

CAIGOS Friedhof is a comprehensive and efficient planning and information system for digital cemetery management.
