Land-use agreements

CAIGOS Verträge zur Grundstücksnutzung (Verträge) enables you to record and manage agreements relating to land and property. All types of agreement can be captured, amended, analysed and archived once they expire, including agreements concerning leases, heritable building rights and easements, as well as licence, use and occupancy agreements.

The document management function provides a complete and traceable record of all documents relating to each agreement, together with any supporting documentation.

The solution also includes a reminder system. Whenever the application is opened, users are notified of any items due for review and can process them immediately. Reminders may relate to renewal options, interest rate adjustments or upcoming agreement expiry dates.

Areas covered by agreements are displayed directly on the site plan, with labels that can be shown or hidden as required. Users can access all associated agreement details directly from the map.

The specialist application provides a wide range of filtering and search functions. Predefined filters make it quick to find all agreements of a particular type, while all relevant agreement details are immediately available. Statistical analyses of areas and contractual payments can be generated easily and presented as reports. The integrated export to Microsoft Word also makes it quick and straightforward to create and print mail-merge letters for all selected recipients.
