Land transactions include purchases and sales, expropriations, acquisitions at auction, gifts, exchanges, heritable building rights and pre-emption rights. CAIGOS Grundstücksverkehr (GVK) makes it easy to capture, process and analyse each type of transaction.

The specialist application includes document management functionality, maintaining a complete and traceable record of all correspondence relating to each land transaction. The solution also features an integrated reminder system. Whenever the application is opened, users are notified of any transactions due for review and can process them immediately. Review items may relate, for example, to incoming payments or notifications from the land registry.

All transactions are displayed as colour-coded areas with labels directly on the site plan. Users can also access the associated attribute data directly from the map.

CAIGOS Grundstücksverkehr provides a wide range of filtering and search functions. Predefined filters make it quick to find all transactions of a particular acquisition type, while the relevant attribute data is available immediately. Statistical analyses, for example of purchase prices and transaction status, can be generated at any time and presented as reports. The integrated export to Microsoft Word also makes it quick and straightforward to create and print mail-merge letters for all selected recipients.
