The new version 19.9.1 is now available for the CAIGOS AppServer and the following CAIGOS Apps: Aufbruch App, Baum App, Kleinkataster App (GISDB) and Straße App. There are no changes for any other CAIGOS Apps: they remain on version 19.9.0 and are fully compatible with AppServer 19.9.1.
What’s new?
✅ Improved synchronisation: Data transfer now completes successfully even when geometries contain errors.
✅ Improved stability for CGF delivery: Session errors occurring during automatic delivery have been resolved.
✅ Greater visibility in App-Adminer: All connected mobile devices are now displayed at a glance in a new table.
✅ Traceable tree inspections: The Baum App now automatically records who entered or changed data.
✅ Correct default values in GISDB: Default values are now also populated in subtables for newly created objects.
Compatibility
The version 19.9.1 apps are backwards compatible with AppServer versions 19.6.x. However, we recommend updating to AppServer 19.9.1, as all new features are only available with this version.
AppServer versions earlier than 19.6.x are no longer supported.
AppServer 19.9.1 requires at least CAIGOS 19.6.x. CAIGOS versions earlier than 19.6.x are no longer supported. We recommend updating to the current CAIGOS GIS version 19.7.4 to ensure continued compatibility.
Hardware
CAIGOS Apps are only made available for operating systems that are still receiving security updates from their manufacturer.
CAIGOS Apps currently require at least Android 12. Apple devices require at least iOS 17.
Update details
The AppServer update is available for download from the CAIGOS Cloud as usual. Details of the improvements and enhancements are available in the release notes in the E-Learning Portal of the CAIGOS Academy.
