Key benefits

Keep ALKIS datasets reliably up to date

Delta data imports enable ongoing, automated and reliable updates to ALKIS datasets.

Maintain a traceable record of changes

Case-based NBA data, together with NAS operations, provide transparent, verifiable documentation and allow every change to be traced at any time.

GeoInfoDok-compliant and aligned with federal-state requirements

Supports the AdV mapping catalogue for GeoInfoDok, including variations between individual federal states.

GeoInfoDok-compliant integration of initial and delta ALKIS data

ALKIS is one of the three components of the AAA framework (AFIS-ALKIS-ATKIS) developed by the Working Committee of the Surveying Authorities of the States of the Federal Republic of Germany (AdV). It replaced the software systems previously used to maintain and access cadastral register, map and survey point records. In ALKIS, secondary datasets are continuously updated using the Nutzerbezogene Bestandsdatenaktualisierung (NBA) procedure.

The CAIGOS-ALKIS-Schnittstelle enables initial and delta ALKIS data to be imported. Both ALKIS geometry and attribute data are transferred to the selected database system (Oracle, MSSQL or PostgreSQL).

The interface supports the AdV mapping catalogue defined in GeoInfoDok, including variations specific to individual German federal states.
